Centrally located on our garden level, the Barvick is set away from the busy-ness of the hotel while still being at its heart.  

Designed by Graven Images, this is a contemporary room that features a skylight and plug & play AV.

Private enough for those intimate boardrooms of up to 18; it’s a quiet space, with natural daylight and even links with the Earn if you are looking for a mini-business hub.

It has the space for meetings of up to 200, while it’s impressive enough to host dinners of up to 160.

It even interlinks to the Loggia if you are looking for some extra space for a syndicate or reception area.  We’ll even throw in an original organ for good measure.

Large enough for a conference for 600 but comfortable for dining for 160+, Melville Hall has it all; own bar, catering area, cloakroom facilities, drinks reception area and outdoor terrace.  

It’s even got an AV access points to ensure that you can set up with ease – big enough for vehicle entrance and rigging.

It’s also adjacent to the Hub, a versatile space for drink receptions or registration areas.  Flooded with natural daylight from the floor to ceiling windows, it will certainly make an impact.


Melville

Need a base during your conference or maybe you need to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle?  

The Ferntower Upper is located on our third floor.  Boasting a private reception area, cloakroom facilities and AV equipment, it’s the perfect boardroom location for up to 18 or 35 if you fancy theatre style.

Cosy, warm, traditional – just a few words to describe the Highlandman.  

With the wood paneling, chandeliers and fireplace, it’s the perfect setting for winter dinners for 30 and due to its central location, it’s a convenient meeting room for up to 40.  

Oh, and did we mention it’s home to Crieff Hydro’s original bar?

Everything you would expect from a contemporary meeting space and a few surprises thrown in for good measure.  

The Earn might be situated on our garden level, but that doesn’t mean there is no natural light.  The double skylight ensures that you are flooded with natural light, but the blackout facilities can guarantee darkness when required.  

It’s flexible with its lounge furniture but is also capable of holding up to 70 if required.


Earn 

It has a bar, conservatory, built in stage and cloakrooms – some say it’s the perfect space and we think it’s pretty special too.  

It’s why it’s one of our most popular rooms.  

Use the space as a whole or split it in to two or three with enough room for breakouts – it’s your choice.

Whether it’s a BBQ for 160 or a main plenary for 180, it’s perfectly adaptable for your event.


Ferntower Suite 

Set in our West Wing, the Edinburgh Suite is a popular choice for events looking for a quiet, fresh and modern space in a private area of the hotel.  

Seating up to 150 theatre style, The Edinburgh Suite benefits from being able to split into two smaller rooms for your use.

This purpose-built conference room has outdoor access ideal for bringing in additional equipment (accessible by stairs) and toilet facilities located just outside the room.

Peebles Hydro Hotel 

A popular choice, the Regency has undergone a stunning transformation.  

With contemporary colours, this space is a fresh and modern space, and centrally located adding to its popularity.

Boasting fabulous views over the picturesque Tweed Valley, this room comes with three built-in breakout spaces, which can be booked exclusively with the main room – perfect for a committee base throughout the conference, or for smaller impromptu meetings/calls.

The Regency

The Bannockburn is steeped in history, character & grandeur.  

Part of the original 1881 Peebles Hydro building, this room is truly unique with a mural picturing the famous Battle of Bannockburn.

Perfectly complimented by wooden paneling, tartan fixtures, open fires and a large bay window, our Bannockburn Suite is a truly memorable space.

This space can be used an additional breakout space or can host a drinks reception for up to 100 guests.


Bannockburn

Arguably the best space in the hotel – and the grandest room by far. Our magnificent feature length skylight provides plenty of natural daylight.  Located centrally within the hotel, with two main entrance points, and a built in stage and bar – what’s not to love?
We’ve recently completed a ceiling restoration and installed black out blinds for meeting facilities too.


Transform from day meeting, to Gala Dinner in a matter of hours – the perfect place to celebrate another successful conference.  Enjoy a tasty three course dinner and dance the night away on our traditional wooden dancefloor from the 1900s.
