You will have access to our two adjoining studios on the 4th Floor (with access to our pretty roof top terrace) and our HQ studio on the floor below. 

 Prices are also inclusive of AV equipment (projector/screen, clicker, flip charts, microphones etc), chairs/tables, funky props and soft furniture in the venue and atmospheric lighting. 

We have a variety of games for your guests  (pool table, snooker table, fuse ball and a  baby grand piano), top of the range Yamaha PA music system/speakers and record players with lot's of vinyl. Our HQ studio has wooden floors and white brick walls and is one large room (capacity 85).. 

This space has a beautiful baby grand piano and full size snooker table. As well as soft furniture, tables/chairs, AV equipment (projector/screen, clicker, flip charts,  plasma TV’s and music PA system/ speakers) There is also a professional catering kitchen at the back of the studio and a small outside space



HQ Studio 1st Floor

4th Floor Studios is a space for hire like no other in East London, upon arrival your guests will enter via an unassuming doorway and be wowed by our large studios offering unique character, complete with props, seating and mirrors. 

Over 2 floors we have 3 large studio spaces available, which can be booked individually or as a whole. Outside space with bamboo roof terrace and a huge roof top with view of East London skylines 

With two huge adjoining rooms with access to a roof top terrace on the 4th Floor and on large room on the 1st floor. We are the perfect venue for weddings, events, dinners, conferences, launches, parties, receptions, away days and are fully set up to provide full AV capability, tables, chairs, conference facilities, studio lighting and accessories, backdrops, props, musical instruments, PA system, backline and Wifi. 

With options for both naturally lit open spaces or a more blacked out atmospheric feel we can cater the space to meet your particular needs. 

We are fully licensed to sell alcohol and have an in house chef happy to discuss menus if needed, we are equally happy if you want to use outside catering.
