The First Light Pavilion, a £21.5m development, officially opened on June 4, 2022. This striking brutalist concrete structure, grass-covered and discreetly located within the grounds of Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement in Cheshire, offers a variety of spaces for events.
It includes a main event area with a standing capacity of 300, a restaurant seating 100, an outdoor terrace accommodating 50, a 3D cinema with 140 seats, and a meeting room for 50. Additionally, the pavilion features an immersive exhibition area and a concrete foyer that can host up to 200 people.
