Pittville Pump Room is the jewel in Cheltenham’s heritage crown, a Grade I listed Regency gem. Opened in 1830, it was Cheltenham's largest and last spa to be built. The landmark venue boasts a magnificent main hall, built as a ballroom, featuring the famed central dome decorated with ornate plasterwork. Outside, a covered colonnade lined with ionic pillars overlooks the sweeping lawns and lake of Pittville Park, offering a choice of beautiful settings for those all important photographs. The light-filled main hall adorned with four grand chandeliers connects to the apse, with the spa water pump and tap that gives the venue its recognisable name.
