Private two roomed Space next door to the Horse & Groom with its own fully stocked Bar, sound system and toilets. Both Floors can be seating only or the ground floor can have the back area cleared for a dance floor. The Ground Floor seats 45 people or can have 65 people standing and seated. The second room is in the basement and seats 22 people. The bar has a great section of craft Beers on draft and premium wines and spirits. 26 Curtain Road A delightful hangout space from day into night, covering two floors in the heart of Shoreditch, with the emphasis of when East London bars were cool, great to hang out in, instead of the full-on party madness. A place perfect for catching up with your friends, making new ones, a work social or even having your own intimate party in their delightful basement space Drinks-wise expect a fantastic range of specially sourced rotating beers including international and local craft selections, premium wines, spirits, a few carefully selected cocktails with pre order packages available. The heritage listed space built early 1800's with listed fireplace and a delightful skylight is full of charisma & charm, situated over two floors with the ground seating/ standing 70 and downstairs a basement perfect for intimate private parties 30 max. Music wise with a 1.00 am finish at weekends, the vinyl-only sound and vibes will be warm, but never noisy with their wonderful selection of residents and special guests, who will be providing the soundtrack to the evenings on an lovely Hi Fi sound system and rotary mixer, speaker wise the award winning Celeston Ditton Hi Fi speakers 44's which sounds as good as they look, with Tannoy subs to add that extra when needed. Early week and during the day enjoy our carefully curated vinyl library and listening deck Check out the 'Downtempo sessions' every Thursday night for excursions into Trip Hop, chilled electronica and beyond and the Japanese 80's pop sessions which take place every month.
