The house has a large dining room/conservatory/meeting space which can comfortably seat up to 90 people in a range of layouts. It's equipped with a Starlink wifi - with super-high speeds and audiovisual equipment. Beyond the meeting space there is a commercial kitchen, a games room, and a basement casino, along with 18 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms (many ensuite) and a spacious terrace with stunning views across the Derwent Valley countryside. The property blends 1930s character and charm with the comfort and sophistication of modern living and a touch of Hollywood Glamour through our themed bedrooms. Set within six-acres, Hollywood House offers the perfect rural escape, complete with stunning views, a hot tub, swim spa (during the Summer) and an Arctic cabin. Located in the district of Amber Valley, Derbyshire, Hollywood House is two miles from Belper, where there is a train station with direct links to Derby and beyond.
