The auditorium is a state of the art, dynamic, and inspiring space, with fixed theatre style seating for 1,500 delegates. There are 762 on the upper level and 738 on lower level. Hire of the Auditorium includes usage of the 210 sqm Aspect Bar with floor to ceiling windows as well as dedicated production access, a production storage area, and Green rooms. There is direct loading to stage level.

The largest space onsite, the Main Hall is a purpose built exhibition hall with 4,000 sqm of pillar free space. There is direct loading and dedicated parking for production and exhibition vehicles. It is divisible into 6 sections and has 2 points of entry for direct vehicle access Floor trunking is available throughout. The space is fully carpeted.
