The Space is a bright, spacious room with a unique design, industrial-style ceilings, and plenty of natural daylight. Featuring comfortable lounge areas and a large central meeting table, the room is ready to host a wide range of formats in a welcoming, open setting.

The Space comes equipped with a basic AV setup, including a projector, screen, and sound system. It's perfect for interactive sessions, allowing you to break the group out into different corners and lounge areas within the same room, ideal for dynamic workshops or brainstorms.

The layout is highly flexible: you can grow up to 150 guests in theatre style, 100 guests in small group settings, 72 guests in classroom style and 45 guests in boardroom or U-shape setups.

You can rent The Space as a standalone venue or combine it with the other rooms on the first floor – The Apartment, The Suite, and The Lodge to create a fully tailored breakout experience for your event.

The Conference

The Lodge is our smallest yet most charming meeting space, ideal for up to 18 people in a boardroom-style setup. This corner room features a cozy lounge area, an impressive roof design, and a 75-inch SMART TV for high-quality presentations. With full privacy, air conditioning, and large windows overlooking nature and the horses, The Lodge offers a serene setting for focused meetings, one-on-one sessions, or use as a green or crew room. It can also be perfectly combined with one of our other rooms for larger events or breakout sessions.

The Lodge

The Lounge, your culinary headquarters. This venue is designed for informal gatherings and catering moments, with a strong focus on networking and connection. A basic AV system is available, including a projector, screen, and sound system. In addition, there is ample space for partner booths, making it an ideal setting for both social interaction and brand visibility.

At Venue Collective, we craft vegetarian menus that inspire and energize, created by our own chef. Every dish is designed with seasonal ingredients, sourced from small-scale farmers and conscious producers. We minimise waste, maximize flavor, and balance nutrition to keep your team focused, inspired and fueled throughout the day.
