The Pine Suite is a versatile ground-floor meeting room ideal for a variety of events, including small conferences, receptions, private dining, training sessions, and breakout meetings. Designed with flexibility in mind, it provides a comfortable and functional space that can be adapted to suit your specific requirements.

Its strategic location adjacent to the Quicken Tree Restaurant adds a unique convenience for catering options, allowing for seamless transitions between meetings and meals. Additionally, the Pine Suite offers direct access to the Willow Suite, making it a valuable extension space for larger gatherings or multi-room events.

Whether you're hosting a focused team session, a client meeting, or an intimate social event, the Pine Suite’s adaptable layout, proximity to amenities, and connection to other event spaces make it an excellent choice for both corporate and private functions.

The Marquee is perfectly placed for stunning views across the acres of Warwickshire countryside down to the lake.

The marquee is the ideal space for networking, exhibitions and seminars and is often used in conjunction with The Birchley Suite as break out space and for refreshments and lunch.

Connected to our conference centre, providing complete covered access the marquee can comfortably accommodate a dinner for 500 guests. The Marquee has independent access and a patio area overlooking the lake and countryside. As an added extra – there is an adjoining break out area with its own bar if required.

The Birchley Suite Conference Room in Coventry is our principle conference and events space here at Heart of England, with a maximum capacity of 650.

As one of the largest multifunctional rooms in the Midlands we can cater for larger conferences, product launches, exhibitions and banqueting.

This versatile space is pre-rigged with a vast array of audio visual and lighting equipment to ensure your event stands out. Combine with our AV package for instant WOW with minimum fuss. The room can be split into 3 sections, adapting the space to suit the numbers and occasion. 

Birchley Suite 

Chestnut Suite is a first floor room and has access from reception and direct access to the Birchley suite. The room also has a screened balcony overlooking the Birchley suite. The room can be divided into 2 smaller areas or used as one larger areas. It also has a small syndicate room of its own.

The room has its own bar and is equipped for conferences and events. It is a light airy space with the addition of a smaller break out syndicate room.
