The Envisage Suite is our ground floor suite opening on to the Atrium. A fantastic room with lots of natural daylight and great access to the Atrium and café. With floor to ceiling windows looking into the Atrium, this room is a fantastic choice for smaller meetings or as a break out room from the Atrium. All Suites incorporate an interactive CTOUCH screen outputting a Full HD & 4K image on an 86” screen. The suite has touchscreen capabilities meaning users can plug in laptops with a USB cable to allow for touchscreen purposes. The Ctouch has built-in JBL 50W speakers which are incredibly loud so delegates can hear from all areas of the room. As well as displaying laptops via a HDMI cable, another option is to “share screen” on the home screen, this has built-in instructions to show users how to connect wirelessly through a Windows, Macbook, Chromebook & Mobile devices such as Apple & Android. A whiteboard feature is also available to create mindmaps, drawings etc. This saves on flipchart paper & delegates can receive a digital copy using the QR code onscreen.
