Hinterland

Hinterland is a warm, stylish venue tucked beneath a historic building in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Our values are Community, Wisdom and Imagination and our basement space channels this with exposed brick, greenery, soft lighting, and flexible furniture. It's an ideal backdrop for workshops, team away days, product or book launches, screenings, and exhibitions. The space seats up to 40 (or 80 standing) and includes a small stage, projector, Wi-Fi, and tables and chairs as standard. Staff support is included throughout your booking. Alcohol-free bar hire and in-house catering can be arranged on request. Run by a queer-led, not-for-profit team, this is a place where thoughtful events come to life.
