THE PIG-in the South Downs

With pretty stonking views out across our very own vineyard you can tuck into our daily-changing 25 mile menu, using the freshest produce from our walled Kitchen Garden and the best of what’s in season from our Sussex based supplier friends. Our walled garden is steeped in history with old Espalier apple trees, vines and an orchard made up of mature pears, apples and cherry trees. We have three large polytunnels that grow a wide variety of sweet peppers, tomatoes, salad leaves and herbs. There's even a nuttery, smoke house and a mushroom house - all cared for by our Kitchen Gardener team.
