Space 3 is a dynamic and newly enhanced area designed for exhibitions, networking, and breakout activity. We’ve opened up the downstairs space by removing the glass screen, creating a more versatile, open environment ideal for delegates to flow between sessions. To improve comfort, the hard tiled flooring has been replaced with carpet tiles, giving the space a warmer and more welcoming feel. The room features two moveable registration desks, six stylish fixed booths (which can be removed and rebuilt with prior agreement), and an updated mix of soft seating and workstation tables—all fully moveable so you can create the perfect layout for your event. Two coffee stations and background music help set the right atmosphere for networking and exhibition activity. For digital content and presentations, Space 3 offers a wall‑mounted flat‑screen TV that can be linked to Space 1, a 98‑inch screen, and a portrait pillar‑mounted display that supports two additional content sources to complement the main presentation setup. Ideal for exhibitions, breakout areas, and shelf‑scheme expos, Space 3 combines flexibility, comfort, and high‑quality AV to support a wide range of event formats.
