The West Hall can accommodate up to 2,500 for a conference and 1,800 for an awards ceremony, and comes with blackout facilities, uninterrupted floor space and plenty of rigging points. Built to exclude all daylight this is a perfect space for exhibitions, product launches and large scale conferences. Its large road level access bay means production loading is easy, and articulated lorries can drive straight into the room.
This space is also the home of large sporting events such as the World Darts Championships and Snooker, and transformed into our Festival Village with fairy lights and street food during concerts.
The room is sold alongside a back of house or green room space, as well as a lockable production office. Non-exclusive use of the Palm Court is also welcomed when the West Hall is hired - this entrance area is perfect for conference registration and catering, as well as receptions.
Alexandra Palace catering is our in-house catering service which we include as part of a conference DDR or banqueting package, or a bespoke offer can be created. The team is extremely flexible and offers innovative and exciting food & beverage options from canapes, to bowl food, interactive street food stations, craft beer receptions and formal 3 course sit down dinners.
