Lower Ground at Sail House

Lower Ground is an Event Space in TOLI House. The space is a lower-ground, passage-style room defined by exposed brick. Design: The room has exposed yellow-brown brick walls, a metal-beamed ceiling and a textured stone floor. The long, narrow proportions are emphasised by slender recessed LED strips that run along the floor and ceiling. Features: The space includes a PA system with speakers and allows hosts to play their own music or bring a DJ. The space also provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a step‑free guest entrance. Natural light is present. Ideal for: Intimate groups looking for a compact, social setting suited to standing receptions or networking events. What sets it apart: A private enclosed courtyard sits beyond the glass doors at the end of the passage, providing secluded outdoor access.
