The Bennet-Clark room at the Royal Over-Seas League is a welcoming London venue hire option for your next corporate event. 

Significant gold decorative mirrors create a charming, intimate setting, floor to ceiling windows invite the tranquil scenic Garden and Park inside. Originally the Duchess of Rutland's bedroom and home of London’s first ever en-suite bathroom. This bright and airy room has large decorative gold mirrors and stunning views over ROSL’s private garden and Green Park.  
 
It is an ideal venue for small meetings and private dining and can be used with the adjoining Rutland Room as a refreshment room or breakout area. The Rutland Room is accessed through interconnecting stately doors; the two spaces offer ultimate privacy.

A SIGNIFICANT PAST

Spectacular architecture, a magnificent glass lantern skylight, flooding this once music room with natural light and ambience. An elegant space, neutral colour palette, and delicate low hanging chandelier create a flawless setting for intimate dining, receptions and meetings. 

Named after the founder of the Royal Over-Seas League, Sir Evelyn Wrench, this room celebrates a storied past.

A DISTINCTIVE SETTING WITH ROYAL CONNECTION

The original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls, presented by the Indian Government (1937), make this room a distinctive historic setting. 

This highly versatile room features optional curtains, creating two interconnecting spaces; ideal for refreshments, catering or break out space. The adjoining, timeless theatre style bar enhances the atmosphere and enables continuous drinks service.

The Hall of India seats 120 guests on round tables since its recent refurbishment.

VERSATILE BLANK CANVAS WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

White acoustic panelling, floor to ceiling mirrors, light wooden floors and extensive natural daylight create a modern, spacious event location for up to 200 guests.   

A space designed for performances and performers alike, superb acoustics, the Princess Alexandra Hall is complete with integrated audio-visual system.

By night the room has an impressive deep blue lighting which sets the atmosphere for fine-dining for up to 130 guests, dancing, a cocktail reception of up to 180 guests, birthday or wedding celebrations. This room is also fully air-conditioned and fully equipped for any occasion.

A dramatic bay window overlooks the garden and beyond into Green Park, a delightful setting with delicate décor set to impress. Located on the ground floor, providing seamless access upon arrival for up to ten guests boardroom style.

The Park Room is the most intimate of ROSL’s meeting rooms. This room is an ideal central London venue for small meetings and intimate dinner parties.

With a max capacity of 14 guests for a boardroom style meeting, this intimate London meeting room is ideal for all those decision making moments, creative brainstorming sessions or important director meetings!

This space is available for semi-private hire during the summer season for BBQ's and receptions.

The Rutland Room is an enchanting private dining room in which to entertain or meet. This classically decorated space features an original John Rysbrack (1736) carved marble fireplace. A regal setting bursting with intricate details, embellished in vibrant red and gold colours. 

Originally the Duchess of Rutland's dressing room, the floor to ceiling window delivers picturesque views of the Garden and beyond into Green Park. This room interconnects with the Bennet-Clark Room enabling a seamless transition and ultimate privacy between the two spaces.
