**Hire The Qualitative Lab, a professional viewing facility conveniently situated in the heart of Wimbledon,** The Qualitative Lab is just a 3-minute walk from Wimbledon Train, Tube and Tram station. It is the ideal venue for agencies/companies looking to conduct focus groups, depth interviews, hall tests, product tests meetings and more. The venue comprises of a waiting room where visitors can be welcomed with beverages and sandwiches. There is also a kitchen area where our in-house team can prepare either hot or cold buffets for clients who are viewing, can be used by clients to prepare food for taste/product testing. Comfortably seats 10 in a ‘sitting room’ style, but offers the flexibility of layouts and uses to suit your needs with an audio relay link to the viewing room. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with HDTV, laptop, Flip Chart, Clipboards, Stationary, well-stocked fridge. A fixed static camera can provide live web-streaming and video recording (MP4) and Audio recording (MP3) to USB, with an audio relay to the viewing room. This venue also comprises of: • Light and airy discussion room with a large one way mirror • Breakout studio with one way mirror • Spacious and comfortable viewing room •A smaller room ideal for breakout groups/depth interviewsBreakout viewing room A smaller room to view breakout groups/depth interviews or can be used store large items such as suitcases. • FREE PARKING Free parking spaces are available on the building’s forecourt and adjacent to the building. The Qualitative Lab is AVAILABLE FOR HIRE 7 DAYS A WEEK, daytime and evening. Basic hire can range from 1 hour at £100 to a full day (9.00-23.00) at £1,000 and includes access to the above facilities plus: • A hostess on hand to welcome visitors and ensure everything runs smoothly • Setting up and closing down time of 30 minutes before and after groups/meetings • Digital Audio recording of discussion/meeting (MP3/USB) • Unlimited tea, coffee and jugs of water Additional (charged) services available include: • Static MP4 filming (Standard) to USB, with viewing link, extra copies of USB’s • Professional Camera operator for non-static camera • Web-streaming • A wide choice of catering and refreshment options • Fieldwork (recruitment) • Moderation of groups/interviews by a professional moderator • Note taking, Transcription and Translation Services
