**1901 Arts Club has a classy meeting room for hire in Waterloo.**

1901 Arts Club is an elegant venue that can be hired exclusively by individuals, groups and organisations for a multitude of purposes.  

We are happy to tailor packages to suit your individual requirements.  Discounts are available for charities and young/emerging artists. Please message me for details and we can use the bespoke pricing to create the artist/charity rate.

The three main spaces of 1901 Arts Club offer a variety of options for meetings, seminars, away-days, or training sessions. The spaces can be hired by the hour for meetings and workshops, individually or in combination.

Our GROUND FLOOR SALON offers an open, versatile space.  Measuring 10m x 3.5m, the Salon can accommodate up to 45 people theatre-style (or up to 20 people at a long board room table, or separate round cabaret tables).  The Salon comes equipped with a digital projector and screen for presentations and audiovisual enhancements using your own laptop (VGA connection, or HDMI/Mini Display Port adapter) or through our DVD player.  

Our Steinway grand piano (model C) is the only permanent item in the room.

The room enjoys natural light from front bay windows and side window.  There are adjustable (dimmable) lighting, and floor lamps to create the perfect atmosphere.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (included in your hire), and we can offer a single LAN internet connection for more stable streaming.  

We also have two flip-charts with paper/markers available for your use.

Hirers of the Salon also have access to our small second-floor roof terrace where smoking is permitted.

1901 Arts Club helps to fill the void for convenient, comfortable and affordable REHEARSAL SPACE in central London suitable for soloists or chamber ensembles.

Facilities:
The SALON is on the ground floor of 1901 Arts Club.  Measuring 10m x 3.5m it is a versatile space where our Steinway grand piano (model C) is the only permanent fixture.  
The room enjoys natural light from the front bay window and side window.  Adjustable (dimmable) lighting, and 2 x directional floor lamps
give light to the rehearsal.  We have sturdy music stands including a conductor's stand, and chairs suitable for seated rehearsals.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (included in your hire).  
Users of the Salon also have access to our second floor roof terrace where smoking is permitted.

The three main spaces of 1901 Arts Club offer a variety of options for meetings, seminars, away-days, training sessions, small conferences, chamber music performances, event launches and corporate and private entertaining.  The spaces can be hired during the day by the hour for meetings and workshops, individually or in combination; evenings are charged on a flat rate event fee.

The GROUND FLOOR SALON is an open versatile space, measuring 10m x 3.5m.  It has capacity for up to 45 people theatre-style (or up to 20 people at a long board room table, or separate round cabaret tables).  The Salon has a digital projector and screen installed for presentations and audio visual enhancements using your own laptop (VGA connection, or HDMI/Mini Display Port adapter) or through our DVD player.

The Spaces can be hired by the hour for meetings and workshops, individually or in combination.

This second-floor meeting room offers a comfortable and perfectly formed intimate boardroom setup.  

Measuring 4.5m x 3.5m, the meeting room accommodates up to 8 people around a large solid table.  

The room is swamped with natural light from large windows on two walls - there are Roman blinds, and dimmable lighting if a darker environment is required. 

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (included in your hire), and we can offer a single LAN internet connection for more stable streaming.  

There is a telephone connection available (with hands-free speaker) for conference calls.  We also have two flip-charts with paper/markers available for your use.

When hiring the meeting room you also have access to our small (second floor) terrace.

Refreshments and catering are available.

With a capacity for up to 45 Guests (mixed seating and standing) this Space is ideal for socialising. Whether you're entertaining clients or going for more of an after work drinks atmosphere, you and your Guests are bound to be impressed.

Adjustable lighting and tea-light candles help to add a further intimacy to the beautiful rooms. With ornate fireplaces and mirrors, as well as plenty of artwork. This Space's decorations are both unusual and extraordinary.

Catering and drinks packages are available, adding an extra functionality to this central London meeting Space.  

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Providing a helpful addition for you and your Guests.

The three main spaces of 1901 Arts Club offer a variety of options for meetings, seminars, away-days, training sessions or small conferences.  The spaces can be hired by the hour for meetings and workshops, individually or in combination.

The Bar & Lounge offers a pleasant and relaxed seating arrangement of sofas and armchairs around coffee tables. This Space has the capacity for up to 19 Guests in conversation clusters. Or in an open oval arrangement, 15 Guests can be comfortably accommodated for.  

Natural light streams in from the front bay window and side windows. Adjustable lighting and tea light candles offer a more intimate feel.

The Bar and Lounge is perfect for a more relaxed alternative for away-days, smaller brainstorming, or discussion groups within the one room. 

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The venue can also offer a single LAN internet connection for more stable streaming.  

To ensure efficiency and ease of team meetings and presentation, two flip-charts with paper/markers are available for your use.
