Our Commonwealth Room is a bright and spacious room on the 4th floor of the Woburn House. The room is perfect for meetings, video conferences and trainings. This room has the benefit of a moveable wall which can divide the room into two smaller separate rooms. All our meeting rooms are air-conditioned and come with LCD screen, wi-fi, still and sparkling filtered water and flipchart included. Video conferencing unit and laptop can be provided upon request

**Hire Woburn Hall at Woburn House for one of the best options for venue hire London has to offer!**

Our Woburn Hall is our pride and joy.  With its ability to be set for a board meeting for 50 one minute, and then laid and lit for dinner for 120 the next, its flexibility makes it the perfect space for meetings, conferences, seminars, event dinners, award ceremonies, AGM’s, lectures and receptions.  Located directly next to our Main Reception and the impressive Woburn Foyer it couldn’t be easier for your guests to find and the 2 rooms together provide the perfect space for registration and that arrival coffee and pastry before heading into the event.  Large windows allow natural daylight to flood into the room, perfect for those full day meetings. Our Woburn Hall comes with all this included as standard:

- Use of Woburn Foyer for registration, exhibitions, catering and receptions.
- 1 x computer (built into lectern)
- 1 x 42-inch comfort monitor
- 2 x 65-inch side screens (for logos or alternative images)

Our Woburn Hall is the perfect location to host your corporate dinner whatever the reason. With a capacity of up to 120 people for an a la carte dinner or 200 for an impressive standing drinks and canape reception, we can ensure your guests will have an evening to remember. Our fully licensed venue serves a wide range of food and drinks to suit your needs and budgets. 

The hall is 16 x 13.5 metres (LxW) with a ceiling high of 5.5 metres

**Hire the  recently opened Woburn Foyer at Woburn House, a great space for exhibitions and receptions.**   

This Space comes included in Main Hall bookings and is the perfect Space for registering your attendees and arrival refreshments being situated opposite our reception and just outside the Main Hall.  The Space works perfectly for catering for Main Hall events for 80 or less Guests for theatre style events as well as  100 or less for cabaret style events.  

The Woburn Foyer also works really well for post event drinks receptions with lots of daylight and views out onto the hustle and bustle of Upper Woburn Place.  The space comes with 2 x 42" LCD screens which can be used for showing promotion videos or presentations.  The Woburn Foyer hire includes a portable lectern for those all important speeches and announcements with a built in PA System for background music and colour changeable uplighters to create that perfect atmosphere.

**The Brunswick Room at Woburn House is located on the Mezzanine floor just one flight of stairs above our Woburn Hall and can seat up to 18 boardroom style or 30 theatre style. **

This room to hire comes with natural daylight and secondary glazing ensuring a pleasant and peaceful environment for meetings and presentations.  This popular room to hire comes with 72'' LCD screen, Wi-Fi and flipchart included in the price. The room is equipped with Logitech Rally Plus video conference systems allowing everyone in your meeting to be seen and heard by anyone joining the room remotely. Our equipment is compatible with all major video conference and meetings platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The room is 6.8 x 5.8 (LxW) in size.

A range of catering and AV services can be provided in the room.



Brunswick Room

The Tavistock Room at Woburn House is perfect Space for conference venue hire and presentations for up to 120 people.

Alternatively, it serves as a fantastic Space for networking refreshments and exhibitions or pre-dinner drinks for events taking place in the Woburn Hall.  Located just a single flight of stairs from the Woburn Hall, the room is flexible and suitable for setting up in a variety of styles including theatre, cabaret and boardroom layouts. 

The room comes with a glass whiteboard and flipchart included with the option of hiring a PA system with microphones, HD LCD projector and laptop for those all important presentations.  If you have people that would like to join your meeting or conference remotely we can install a video conference system allowing everyone in your meeting to be seen and heard by anyone joining the room remotely. Our equipment is compatible with all major video conference and meetings platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.  Catering can be provided at the back of the room which is 16.5 x 9 (LxW) in size. 

Tavistock Room

**The Tower Room is the smallest room to hire at Woburn House but it's perfectly formed!**

Located next to our UUK Boardroom on the 1st Floor it works perfectly as a breakout space for meetings taking place in the UUK Boardroom or as a stand alone meeting space for a maximum of 12 in a boardroom style.  The room is flooded with natural daylight with secondary glazing and air conditioning ensuring the perfect conditions for your meeting.  

The room comes with a flipchart included and a 55” HD LCD screen which is included in the room hire price. The room is fitted with Logitech Meetup video conference system allowing everyone in your meeting to be seen and heard by anyone joining the room remotely (additional charges apply). Our equipment is compatible with all major video conference and meetings platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

The room is 5.6 x 4.4 (LxW) in size.

A range of catering and AV services are available in the room.

Tower Room

**The UUK Boardroom  at Woburn House is the perfect room for  important meeting room hire, training courses and seminars.**

With the flexibility to be set up in a style to suit your event, the UUK Boardroom benefits from dual aspect windows overlooking Tavistock Square.  The room comes with LCD projector, flipchart and whiteboard included in the hire price.  The room also comes with Logitech Rally Plus video conference systems allowing  everyone in your meeting to be seen and heard by anyone joining the room remotely (additional charges apply) . Our equipment is compatible with all major video conference and meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. 

Ergonomically designed furniture, air conditioning and catering available in the room or in the Tower Room next door ensures comfort for all attendees no matter how long your meeting lasts.  The room also works perfectly as a workshop or breakout space for larger meetings in our Woburn Hall or Tavistock Room.

The room is 13.5 x 5.5 (LxW) metres in size. 

UUK Boardroom

The Foster and Bloomsbury Rooms are 2 equally sized London meeting rooms to hire that are the perfect breakout spaces for larger events taking place in our Woburn Hall.

Conveniently placed next door allowing for ease of movement of your attendees,  whether it be for a small side meeting, interviews or workshops these rooms have the flexibility to be set up in theatre style for 30 , boardroom style for 20 and cabaret style for 16. The rooms come with high quality AV, whiteboard, flipchart and still/sparkling filtered water included. 

These rooms are also fitted with Logitech Rally Plus video conference systems allowing everyone in your meeting to be seen and heard by anyone joining the room remotely (additional charges apply). Our equipment is compatible with all major video conference and meetings platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. 

Both rooms are fitted with a catering station allowing those all important refreshments to be delivered into your meeting for those working lunches.  The rooms have a removable partition wall allowing them to be opened up into one room which can seat up to 60 in theatre style or 40 in cabaret style.  Both rooms come with air conditioning ensuring a comfortable environment for both long and short meetings.

Each room is 4 x 9 (LxW) metres in size.

Foster and Bloomsbury Rooms

Sakura Café is a light and bright open space on the 1st Floor of Woburn House, providing fantastic views over Tavistock Square. The space is a great place to see the changing seasons of the park, from the snow and bare trees in January, to our favourite, the blossom and flowering of spring. 

Daytime

The space is equipped with free to vend bean to cup coffee machines so your delegates can get those all-important espressos, lattes and cappuccinos, fruit and herbal teas, decaf options and filtered water. Throughout the day the café is stocked with tasty snacks to fuel your delegates such as fruit, pastries, biscuits and sweet treats. At lunchtime we serve a 2-course fork lunch in the café giving your delegates chance to break out from your meeting room and stretch their legs and enjoy lunch networking with colleagues overlooking Tavistock Square. The café is accessible from 8am – 4pm every day giving your guests somewhere to have those all-important side conversations or Teams/Zoom calls throughout the day. All our smaller rooms are now sold with access to this space.

Evening and Weekend Bookings

The Sakura Café is now available for evening or weekend bookings. The room is ideal for drink receptions and private dinners. We offer a variety of drink packages, canape selections as well as a delicious ala carte menu with various vegetarian and vegan options available. The Sakura Café hire includes a portable lectern for those all important speeches and announcements with a built in PA System for background music and colour changeable uplighters to create that perfect atmosphere.
