We are available on Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm for in-person tours or from 8pm to 9pm EST for Facetime tours. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a tour of our venue and if you would like to have a quote prepared for you.
We allow up to 120 guests with a minimum guest capacity of 40 guests. You may choose a 4-hour, or 5-hour rental and we allow for events until 2am.
*Guests under the age of 21 are allowed with parental supervision.
An event manager, bartender, bar-back and lobby host are included in the total. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Complimentary use of our glassware, crystal drink dispenser, and ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. The venue also includes high speed Wi-Fi, 75” Samsung Frame TV, state of the art speaker system with a DJ setup, custom color changing up-lights, a pool table, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after.
We also allow vendors such as caterers, decorators, DJs and up to 4 members of your party, to come in 60 minutes before the event start time for setup at no additional cost.

In addition to our rental rates, please select one of our per-person open bar packages which offer a full-service experience for your guests. Our bar packages include mixers, garnishes, and the use of our glassware.
Included mixers for each bar package are seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Included garnishes are lemons and limes.

*Clients that select our Standard, Premium, or Signature package may bring up to 4 bottles of liquor, 750ml in size, of their choice to be served by our bartender at no additional cost.
Our Standard, Premium and Signature packages do not include beer, wine or champagne. You may add white wine to your open bar package (choice of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Prosecco) for $5 per person, beer (Stella Artois or Corona Extra) for $5 per person, Moet Imperial Champagne for $25 per person or House Champagne for $15 per person. Any specialty cocktail that requires mixers, garnishes, or bitters that are not included in our list of mixer offerings is an additional $10 per person.
If you would like to rent our venue without selecting one of our rental rates or per-person open bar packages, we host BYOB events at the flat hourly rental rate of $1,200 an hour for a minimum of 4-hours ($4,800) and maximum of 5-hours ($6,000). We do not require a minimum guest capacity for BYOB rentals. Please inquire about our BYOB event policies.

We can refer our preferred caterer to you who offers many different options and can work within your budget. You may also bring in your own food and catering if you prefer at no additional cost. We can also refer our preferred DJ, photographer, photo-booth company and local parking garage.
