With our unique suite of inter-linking rooms and flexible layouts, Stationers’ Hall is the ideal location for meeting and conference events. Be it your Annual General Meeting, conference, away day or a product launch for example, our experienced and enthusiastic team can help arrange that personalised and perfect event.
The Livery Hall is the largest of the function rooms. Gleaming oak flooring and carved oak panelling originating from the 1600's, together with huge stained glass windows give this room an impressive ambience.
The Court Room is a wonderfully bright room, richly carpeted and with rococo ornamentation in gold adorning the walls, it is dominated by an 18th century carved mantelpiece. It is very popular for smaller meetings, seminars, AGMs as well as civil wedding ceremonies.
The beautiful paved and landscaped Garden is a private and secluded space which all clients may make use of when hiring the Hall.
The oak panelling and carvings in the Stock Room date back to the 17th century while round the friezes are displayed the armorial shields of Past Masters or the Company including HRH The Duke of Windsor.
Perfect as a pre-dinner reception area, breakout space or dance floor for evening events, we also allow candlelight in this room.

We have an award winning in-house caterer - Chester Boyd. They have a fantastic team of event professionals and chefs based on site at Stationers’ Hall. They are superb to work with and their food and service is of an exceptionally high standard.
We also have a list of other accredited caterers who are permitted to cater at Stationers' Hall.
