The Livery Hall is located on the Lower Ground Floor (with porthole views of the Priory Garden) and is great for dinners for up to 75 guests, and conferences up to 84 guests. The Livery Hall has a screen & projector that can be used for presentations, as well as a handheld microphone. 

Founders' Hall offers a warm and intimate space, which cleverly boasts a contemporary feel with endless heritage.

Designed by famous architect Sam Lloyd, the building is a late 20th Century reinterpretation of a livery hall, inspired by the historic surrounding area

The space has two rooms for hire - the Parlour and the Livery Hall. The Parlour is located on the Ground Floor Reception area and is suitable for pre-dinner drinks receptions or as a catering area for conferences that are being held in the Livery Hall.

The building is constructed of traditional materials in a manner which is in keeping with this historic part of the City and was listed, Grade 2, in May 2018.

**This popular Space is ideal for private meetings and dinners with impressive features of high ceilings, natural light and beautifully carved furniture. **

The Mike Clare Room is on the first floor, reached via the beautiful oak spiral staircase that runs up through the heart of the house. Up to 16 people can be seated for a boardroom style meeting and can also accommodate receptions and theatre style functions. The room has excellent Wi-Fi, telephone facilities and other business services, which can be provided by the on-site event management team.

**This beautiful event space on the ground floor with high ceilings, period features and natural daylight, provides a luxurious environment for dinner, receptions and conferences.**

There is also a fully integrated AV system for meetings with front projection and retractable screen. For parties the room can accommodate dancing for up to 120 Guests. Outside there is a large open reception Space for refreshments.

The room can be set up boardroom style, or as an open U for workshops and presentations. It has fully integrated audiovisual and WiFi. Other business services can also be provided by the on-site event management team.

With its open, elegant design, this superb room can comfortably accommodate dinners, parties and receptions for up to 120 Guests, depending on the layout of the room. There is a delicious range of menus and catering options available and your Events Manager will be on-site throughout the function.
