The space has two rooms for hire - the Parlour and the Livery Hall. The Parlour is located on the Ground Floor Reception area and is suitable for pre-dinner drinks receptions or as a catering area for conferences that are being held in the Livery Hall. The building is constructed of traditional materials in a manner which is in keeping with this historic part of the City and was listed, Grade 2, in May 2018.
