The Gallery Room is situated on the mezzanine level of Kings Place and boasts a lavish marble flooring, 75” plasma screen and hi-spec IT capabilities, inbuilt cloakroom as well as dramatic, modern lighting features allowing for colour washes, perfect for corporate branding. Our beautiful waterside restaurant offers honest cooking British at its best. Open all day from 11am, Rotunda is the perfect spot to enjoy great food and drink right by the water.

Rotunda’s Private Dining Room seats up to 30 guests and the menus can be found here. If you are looking to end your conference with an informal reception, Rotunda’s stylish decor and great menu will certainly cause a positive impression amongst your guests.

**Hall One is a versatile event Space for hire that can accommodate a wide range of corporate events.**

Hall One is the ideal room for high impact presentations. Accommodating up to 400 delegates, this is Kings Place’s main auditorium. Tiered seating, excellent sight-lines, state of the art AV, sound and lighting technology are some of this room’s main highlights.

There is a technical booth at the back of the auditorium which is perfect for all technical management during the conference. Additional facilities include access to a spacious green room and individual changing room facilities which are usually used by the conference speakers to prepare before the conference starts so you'll have everything you need in one of the top options for venue hire London has to offer. 

Conveniently located on the same floor, there are 5 breakout rooms distributed around a striking foyer area. The foyer offers the perfect space for refreshments and networking opportunities.

Catering is provided on the Kings Place Gallery, a light, spacious area with a regularly changing art exhibition.  The area can be branded and clients are actively encouraged to make the Space their own.

This light, bright Space is available for registration and catering. It is ideal for those using Hall Two for a maximum of 200 delegates.

Music Foyer

**Need a conference venue hire in London? Look no further than the St Pancras Room at King Place.** 

The St Pancras Room is an excellent breakout Space which compliments any large conference venue hire which needs breakout Spaces on the same level as the main conference room. Catering can be served inside the room or in the foyer right outside.

This is our largest breakout room; it accommodates up to 100 people in theatre style and has been used in the past as a live music venue or simply as a breakfast room in conjunction with our Halls. Built-in technology and flexible Space are two advantages of using the St Pancras Room. Fantastic Space for breakfast meetings, workshops and presentations of up to 100 delegates.

**Looking for meeting room hire in London? King Place has some great options for your next corporate event.** 

These three rooms are perfect for small boardroom meetings and breakout sessions. All three are located on floor -2. Limehouse and Wenlock are suitable for boardroom meetings for 20 people as well as theatre style presentations for 30.

The Horsfall Room is the smallest breakout room and is usually used as an office for large conference organisers.

Catering and audiovisual equipment are available on a bespoke basis.
