Double doors to the rear lead to a break-out terraced area; on the sea-facing side there is a partial wrap-around balcony.
For meetings you can open up the double doors to let in the light and salted sea air. For weddings, it is a glorious venue with a dramatic, picturesque cedar tree clinging to the cliffside in the near view. Black-out curtains line windows, as well as sheer fabric drapes to disperse sunshine on bright days.
