Manor SW1 is a private training facility set up by a group of former professional fighters and athletes, spread over 3000 sqft of premium, boutique space, 2 minutes walk from Victoria station in central London.
Manor boasts five central London locations, with SW1 being the flagship site and offering the widest spread of purpose-built fitness Spaces, as well as access to lounge space, meeting rooms and a spectacular 7th-floor roof terrace overlooking London complete with rooftop sound system.
The Manor facility itself consists of three separate spaces that can be hired in isolation or in combination. These are:
- 900 sqft private Conditioning Studio equipped with power racks, barbells, CV machines, dumbbells and kettlebells, 58inch flat screen TV, dimmable lighting and wireless immersive surround sound system.
- 800 sqft Open Gym/ lifting area featuring a custom 4 bay lifting rig, 15 metre prowler track, sleds, Olympic lifting platform, CV machines, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, wireless surround sound.
- 900 sqft Boxing Ring, punch bags and open training area, featuring a 14ft boxing ring, 10 punchbags, medicine balls, hand weights, pro timer and wireless surround sound.
