The venue is located in central Bristol and comes as a suite with terrace and can be hired for day time conferences and seminars or socials in the evening and are even licensed for weddings.
The venue can accommodate 75 theatre style in the main room or 30 cabaret-style. For parties with Guests mingling our capacity is up to 140 throughout the whole venue.
THe venue is reached via a staircase from the street (sorry, no disabled access) and is located on the first floor. They have a reception room where welcome drinks are served and coats are taken.
This room leads to the main function room where aircon, a projector and remote-controlled ceiling mounted screen and an AV system is available which allows Guests to plug in a phone or tablet to play their own choice of music through the speakers located throughout the venue. They can also hire in larger PAs if necessary.
The main room leads out to the roof terrace which is a real hidden gem and makes the venue quite unique. Half is glazed over to provide Guests with lounging areas that stay dry and the rest is open to the skies.
The bar is out on the terrace and guests can smoke outside whilst having. There’s festoon lighting, a working fireplace, outdoor heaters, chandeliers and lots of candles!
THe venue doesn’t allow food or drink to be brought in, (with the exception of birthday cakes) so clients do need to order from the menus which offer choices for canapes, BBQ buffets, formal dining and DDR conference luncheons. The venue runs the bar and provides all staff required for your event.
