Guests also have direct access to a balcony where they can take in the view whilst enjoying some fresh Yorkshire air.** Listen can be found just off our dedicated breakout area, with separate access to our largest space. Listen can accommodate up to 12 guests boardroom 24 guests theatre style and works equally well when used independently or in conjunction with our largest room.
