The Phoenix Suite is the largest conference room in the hotel, perfect for a large range of meetings, events, lunches or banquets. Located beside reception on the ground floor, it is a multi-purpose venue with a wealth of flexible layout options and room configurations. The Phoenix Suite is made up of three rooms, the Sierra, Hawthorn and Walnut Suites, which can converge into one or two larger rooms as required. Recently refurbished, the rooms are appointed with the latest audio visual equipment, uncontested high speed Wi-Fi.

This medium-sized meeting room is located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 40 people theatre style with natural lighting. We have ClickShare available in The Knockmaroon Suite. 

The Knockmaroon Suite 

Castleknock Hotel 

The Tower Suite is suitable as an alternative or addition to any of the Phoenix Suite conference rooms. Located on the ground floor with easy access to its own private bar, it also has an interconnecting door to the College Suite which is often used as a breakout room for refreshments.

Tower Suite 

This space is part of The Phoenix Suite. This is a medium sized multi purpose room which is equipped with a bar. This room contains three screens for display purposes. The room is recently refurbished and contains the latest audio visual equipment, uncontested high speed Wi-Fi. 

Walnut & Hawthorn 2 Suite 

The first of its kind in Ireland, the Thinking Factory is an innovative concept. This is the ultimate meeting room, combining cutting edge modern technology with stripped-down simplicity which aids focus and clarity. Perfect for brainstorming sessions, strategic meetings and product launches. There are several small breakout areas within the room. The Thinking Factory is specifically designed for groups of 10-20 delegates but it can accommodate up to 30 people with modifications to the seating layout. We have ClickShare available for use in the Thinking Factory. This room has built in Hybrid facilities.

Thinking Factory

This medium-sized meeting room is located on the first floor. It can host up to 40 people theatre style with natural daylight. We have ClickShare available in The Ashtown Suite. 

The Ashtown Suite 

One of the most popular meeting rooms in the hotel, the Castleknock Suite is located on the first floor at the rear of the hotel. With stunning views on three sides, the room also boasts a large wooden balcony that overlooks the golf course and lake. This room is ideal for that important business meeting or indoor team activity. 

The Castleknock Suite 

Our newly refurbished Boardroom is the most prestigious meeting room in the hotel. A large wall-mounted LCD television screen provides a clear focal point for presentations. We have ClickShare available in the boardroom. The room also has built in hybrid facilities.

The Boardroom 

This is a medium sized multi-purpose venue with plenty of flexible layout options and confihgurations. The room also possesses an abundance of natural lighting coming from the large windows situated on one side of the room. Recently refurbished, the room is fitted with the latest audio visual equipment and uncontested high speed Wi-Fi.  

The Sierra & Hawthorn 1 Suite 

The Castle Suite is one of the smaller conference rooms on the ground floor. Blessed with an abundance of natural daylight, the room is popular for boardroom meetings, small conferences and private dining.
