Electric Studio is a stunning photographic and film studio with an infinity cove and wall mounted TV for presentations. Hair & make-up stations can be hired out in our Drawing Room Salon, one floor below, which includes a backwash area. The studio boasts a mini bar, colourama to hire, WC and a shower. This space is also available to hire for presentations, education and talks.

The Ground Floor Bar & Atrium can be hired out for private day or evening events. Featuring stunning décor, a fully stocked bar and casual furniture, the space is the ideal backdrop to host networking events, parties, press days and pop-ups.

We love to be super flexible and can remove the existing items from the retail area, making the perfect product display backdrop for your event. The salon space in The Atrium can also be cleared, creating a blank canvas to make your own.

Electric Space is a five-storey town house, nestled immediately between Soho and Fitzrovia in Rathbone place W1. We are the first of a kind in London; a hub for renowned freelance artists and creatives. 

For many years our iconic building was home to the Lazarides Gallery (Banksy’s sole agent) and hosted some of London’s most celebrated exhibitions.

Our versatile spaces are available to hire for events to both members and non-members. Whether you are looking to host a meeting, party, shoot, press event, masterclass or screening, our dedicated events team will ensure the space works perfectly for you.

Electric Space - Townhouse Venue 

The Boardroom is the newest addition to Electric Space - a private meeting room in W1, seating up to 8 guests and complete with a TV screen for presentations and video calls. This stunning space features fabulous artwork, complimentary tea & coffee and catering available upon request. The Boardroom is ideal for meetings, conference calls, presentations, interviews and live broadcasts. Being situated in Electric Space, a stunning creative members club nestled between Soho and Fitzrovia,  it’s the perfect place to bring clients, host team meetings and enjoy the surroundings.

Our basement level cinema & screening room accommodates 12 - 14 guests, seated in a relaxed lounge-style set up. The intimate space is ideal for screenings and presentations or to host a cinema night with friends.

The Cinema / Screening Room 

The Rathbone Lounge is our most versatile event space, perfect for networking events, press days, talks, drinks receptions and much more. The modern surroundings offer a subtle backdrop for you to make your own. Our furniture is included in the room hire but some can also be removed, making room for your product displays or a drink reception set up.

The Rathbone Lounge 

The Drawing Room is a blank canvas salon space, featuring 17 seats and three backwash stations - perfectly suited to hire out for both hair and beauty events. Its layout is ideal for workshops, training events and tutorials. The minimalist set up allows you to bring in your own branding and products to make the space on-brand for your event.
