The Gunmakers is a ‘Cocktail Pub’ – a true original and the first of its kind! Besides the high-quality and creative cocktails, made using an incredible agave spirits collection, the food at the The Gunmakers is authentic Southern Californian street-food, served up by the popular London based brand, Tigre Tacos. Tigre Tacos began life as a taco truck, which still remains parked up outside The Gunmakers’ sister cocktail bar, Nine Lives, in London Bridge. Head Chef Ramon Ramos who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico draws inspiration from 70’s Southern California, where Mexican street food trucks are a huge part of local food culture. Tigre Tacos offers a pescatarian menu that uses fresh, seasonal ingredients packed with vibrant, sun-kissed flavour.
