Studio 3 has been designed without a cove creating a 609 M2 clear floor space. Studio 3 can connect to studio 4 through a double door and it also can link to Studio 5 via a spacious communal area connecting the two, which can be set up with a pop up café/bar reception area as an option.
The studio is 18ft to the rigging, has drive in access, plus a production room/WC on the first floor.
