The large windows look out onto our peaceful landscaped courtyard and the canals of Birmingham. Combined, Lodge Rooms 1, 2 and 3 offer built-in audio-visual equipment, WiFi access and full air conditioning. The space can be arranged to suit your event – as a boardroom or classroom, or in a cabaret, u-shape, or horseshoe layout

The Space can also be cleared for receptions or exhibitions, or have it laid out for a dinner party, wedding ceremony or wedding reception. The Lodge Rooms can be separated by dividing walls and are available to hire individually. You can also combine Lodge Room 1 and Lodge Room 2 to form a venue for up to 80 Guests.

Stephenson Room

We put cutting-edge audio-visual equipment at your fingertips, with WiFi and a widescreen display to maximise the impact of presentations and keep your audience tuned in.

We also offer dedicated technical support so you can focus on the event, not the button pushing.The comfort of your guests is our priority. With air conditioning and a foldaway writing tablet on each of the 150 seats, our aim is to provide the best possible audience experience. This purpose-built lecture theatre also includes raked flooring and tiered seating to give every guest the optimum view.

The Green Room behind the stage offers a quiet space for your speakers to prepare and relax, as well as private access to and from the theatre. There are a range of DDR options available ranging from £32.50 - £49.95 pp with a minimum of one hundred people needed for this Space.
