Combining the Boulton and Faraday Room forms one large, light, welcoming space for up to 80 delegates.

The impressive oak beams, large feature windows, and double doors which open onto the landscaped Courtyard, combined with the Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art AV make this event space the perfect blend of technology and character.

Close to the building’s main entrance, as well as our Kingston Lecture Theatre, this event space offers flexibility, ideal for almost any room set-up required.

IET Birmingham: Austin Court 

The Brindley Room is one of Austin Court’s smaller spaces and offers an intimate feel and period charm combined with high-end AV facilities, providing delegates with the ideal setting for small meetings, interviews, or round-table discussions for up to 6 people.

Filled with natural light, the Brindley Room is a stimulating and inspiring space to keep delegates alert throughout your event.

This room can also be used in conjunction with other suites for larger events as a breakout room.

**Hire the Stephenson Room at IET Austin Court for one of the best options for meeting room hire Birmingham has to offer.** 

This tranquil, compact venue comes with the in-built technology that adds a professional touch to any meeting. Overlooking the beautiful Courtyard and conveniently located above Reception, this inspiring venue is ideal for boardroom discussions, an interview or small team meeting. Spacious enough for 6 people, the Stephenson Room includes an in-built, 42-inch LCD TV and WiFi to connect with the outside world.

There are a range of DDR options available ranging from £39.95 - £44.95 pp with a minimum of ten people needed for this Space. If you would like to hire out in the evening from 18.00-21.30 there is a charge of £160 + VAT. Hourly hire is NOT possible.

Stephenson Room

**Hire the Telford Room at IET Austin Court for one of the best options for meeting room hire Birmingham has to offer.**

A spacious, versatile room designed to meet your specific meeting and conference requirements. In a peaceful setting overlooking our landscaped Courtyard, the Telford Room offers uninterrupted time and Space for presentations, training, networking, dinners and receptions.  

In a quiet location with high ceilings, imposing original oak beams and striking red-brick walls, the spacious Telford Room offers more than the average venue. The traditional interior is also fitted with the latest AV technology and WiFi for the most professional results. A versatile Space for anything from training sessions to board meetings, the Telford room can be adapted to meet your needs and accommodates up to 60 Guests. The chairs can also be arranged in classroom rows or u-shape layouts as you choose.

With attractive views and plenty of natural daylight, this room is also ideal as a display area. There are a range of DDR options available ranging from £39.95 - £44.95 pp with a minimum of ten people needed for this Space.

Telford Room

The Lodge Rooms offer our most versatile series of event spaces and can be set up as one, two or three-interconnecting rooms, depending on the size and purpose of your event. Combined, the characterful spaces can host up to 150 guests and balance a charming mix of modern and period features.

This large space can cater for a huge variety of events, from wedding receptions and celebrations to exhibitions and networking evenings, benefitting from a range of set-ups depending on requirements.

With a barn-like wooden beamed high ceiling juxtaposed by an eclectic exhibition of successful women engineers through the ages adorning the walls, the Lodge Rooms present a unique backdrop for business and private events alike.
