**Exclusively hire one of Birmingham's top restaurants, Adam's Restaurant, for a unique option for private dining venue hire Birmingham has to offer.** The whole restaurant can be hired on an exclusive use basis for up to 54 guests seated, a sample plan is attached for your perusal, along with images from a past event. Timings: For a dinner event, we can offer access from 6:30pm, with final vacate time being 11:00 pm. (11:30am with final vacate time being 4:00 pm) Pricing: A minimum spend applies to all exclusive-use reservations, starting prices from £4,000 dependant on time and day. There are 3 elements that will contribute towards you reaching your minimum spend, all food, all beverages and the 12.5% service charge. Payments: A non-refundable payment of the minimum spend amount is required to secure a reservation. The payment can be made by BACS transfer. Additional extras need to be settled on the day by cash or card. Please do advise your preferred date and time and we will send you a quote. Furniture hire, entertainment, decoration costs etc will not contribute towards the minimum spend target. Entertainment & Decorations: We are happy to arrange entertainment in any form from music to magicians. You are welcome to use the restaurant’s background music system. Please discuss any live music requests before booking. You are welcome to bring flowers, balloons and table decorations half an hour before the event. We regret that we are unable to accept the responsibility of storing such items prior to your event. We are happy to source any items and arrange them to your specifications, we will take charge of having these items delivered and in place for your event. Any extras will be invoiced separately at the time of ordering. Final Guaranteed Number The final confirmation of party numbers is required two weeks before the event. Any reduction in numbers made after this point will be charged at the full menu price. Menus & Dietary Requirements – ATTACH We offer our seasonal 7 course Tasting Menu for £139 per person. Please do take a look at our sample menu attached. We are able to cater for all special dietary requirements (including Halal for £10 pp supplement). Any dietary requirements should be made known to us at least two weeks prior to the event. Champagne and Wine: A pre-order is required for all wine and Champagne, please see our website for our current wine list. Should you wish to order off list, we do make every effort to source special requests, and we can also provide wine flights to match a Tasting Menu.
