The Study can be booked for a whole day, half day, or even by the hour, from 9am – 9pm during the week.

Relax in our mid-century furniture for informal meetings, or sit theatre-style if you’re feeling more formal.

We’ve got you covered with WiFi, screen and projector (Mac and PC inputs), and catering on request.

Perfect for talks, private dinners and performances, The Auditorium works for anything you throw at it… For theatre-style events, the space hosts 120 seated and 250 standing. For a sit-down dinner, we can host up to 35 guests around our Flying Table.

The Auditorium is available for evening hire Tuesday – Sunday.

With a state-of-the-art sound-system and PA, the Auditorium is a stunning option for intimate music performances. WiFi as standard, with TV Screen (Mac and PC inputs), mics and a stage on request. Drinks and catering can be provided by our recommended suppliers, or you can self-cater.

Perfect for drinks, talks, private dinners and launches, The Cafe is an impressively versatile space for any event.

For sit-down events, we can host between 35–55 guests, or 75 standing.

Available for evening hire Monday – Friday, and on the weekends.

With WiFi, PA system and mics for music and announcements, plus a TV screen on request (with Mac and PC inputs). You can bring in your own caterers, or work with our in-house team.

Available for hire, Monday to Friday 5pm-11pm. We offer special events catering , cater your party with a bespoke tasting menu, special cocktails at the bar or private supper club. Perfect venue for drinks, talks, private dinners and launches.

Second Home Clerkenwell Green


The Study is a quirky little space-age bunker, perfect for screenings, panel discussions, workshops and parties.

The space can be left as is – relaxed and informal, or laid out theatre-style with up to 60 chairs. It can also be set up cabaret-style with the release of our 5 flying tables, seating up to 30. Finally, there is the option for a standing event for up to 70 guests. 

Available to book weekdays from 9am – 9pm/weekends 9am-10pm.

Use of our projector screen and speakers are included in the booking. Drinks and catering can be provided by our in-house café, La Despensa. We can also arrange tea and coffee s and alcoholic beverages at an extra cost.  

The Study

This space offers a comfortable and  stylish seating area, alongside 5 meeting room. As a result this is a great space for board meetings as well as networking and seminars. Host company aways day and more at this venue 

The Mezzanine 


The ideal spot for panel discussions, DJ sets, performances, parties, screenings, workshops and wellness classes.

With all the space you need, the Auditorium is perfect for large gatherings of any kind.

We can set it up for you in any theatre style you’d like.

Second Home London Fields 


Host your party, reception or product launch in this private rustic courtyard, instituted at the heart of London Fields. We can accommodate 40 people seated and 60 standing, for a more intimate dining experience the space can accommodate 30 people.
