The Cole Room is ideal for all of those one-to-one meetings outside of the office, and can be hired on an hourly basis. With a capacity of up to 16 people, this is a very flexible space which can be used for a variety of purposes. As part of the Bryant Suite of rooms, it shares the distinctive 1960s architecture, making it a unique space. It is also well-equipped with an LCD screen, WiFi and a whiteboard, amongst other specifications.

Midlands Arts Centre

As one of the four rooms which make up the Bryant Suite, the Saintbury Room is an intimate space, perfect for small meetings and private hospitality. With an unusual triangular set-up, the Saintbury Room is part of the original 1960s building, with views over Cannon Hill Park. If booking the entire suite, this room is a great breakout space.

Equipped with a stunning, brand-new Barco laser projector and a 7.1 surround sound system, Midlands Arts Centre's cinema is one of Birmingham's only independent film venues. 

We can arrange a private screening for you, including obtaining the license and copies of your choice of films. Alternatively, we make a great venue to premiere a new film, with the neighbouring MAC Bar available to celebrate your screen success.

Outdoor Theatre

The Foyle Studio is one of our newest and largest rooms. The retractable seating, blackout facilities and other technical capabilities makes the space extremely flexible to suit your needs. As an attractive modern space with great views, it is the ideal venue for a conference, party or reception.

Foyle Studio

Pinsent Masons Room 2 is perfect for meetings or as a breakout space for events in Pinsent Masons Room 1 or the nearby Theatre. This room is fully equipped, spacious, multi-functional and ideal for small boardroom meetings or sit-down dinners.

Whether you are holding a large conference, screening or looking for a celebration venue with a difference, the expansive Theatre can accommodate you. It is a flexible space and is fully wheelchair accessible. 

The room comes equipped with the latest in lighting and sound technology, two large dressing rooms and a rear entrance for loading. We can also offer a wide range of technical and catering support to make your event exceptional.

Theatre

This Performance studio doubles as an ideal venue for a party, conference or large meeting.

The spacious interior can easily host up to 80 people in a conference or cabaret style setting and its quiet location, away from the main part of the centre, will ensure you are not disturbed.

The room also has a sprung floor, so if you host a party here your guests will be sure to dance the night away!

Performance Studio

As the largest of the the four rooms which make up the Bryant Suite, the spacious interior and quiet location of the Bryant Room make it a firm favourite with our clients.  The room looks out over the stunning surroundings of Cannon Hill Park. The room is fully equipped with LCD screen, wireless internet and a water cooler. Located on the second floor, the Bryant Room is fully wheelchair accessible, making it the perfect venue for business and social events.

Bryant Room

This large, bright, and airy space is a fantastic venue for theatre style conferences, lectures and board meetings. The room boasts lovely views over the River Rea and its wooden ceilings and unusual architectural structure make it a unique space. The room is fully equipped with large LCD screen, wireless internet and large sound system.

Pinsent Masons 1

The much-loved Hexagon Theatre, formerly used as the puppetry theatre, has maintained its distinctive character.

The space is ideal for intimate screenings, performances, concerts, conferences, lectures, or team briefings. The room is well equipped to meet your technical needs and will ensure your event is exceptional.

Hexagon Theatre

The English Studio is quirky and unique, with large windows allowing for stunning views over Cannon Hill Park and the River Rea.

The custom-designed floor makes it an ideal place to get your dance moves out for any parties or special functions.   

Alternatively, the English Studio makes an ideal location for classes, conferences, breakout spaces and training events. Located on the second floor, it is flexible space to meet all of your needs and is fully wheelchair accessible. 

English Studio

The Deloitte Room is a versatile, ground floor space. The room’s generous proportions and location next to MAC's Bar make it great for private parties and functions. 

This space is also ideal for conferences, workshops, and training days. 

Catering can be arranged for inside the space, and the room is well-equipped with facilities that include WiFi, a LCD screen and a small sound system, amongst other specifications.

Deloitte Room

The Garden Studio is a tranquil and flexible meeting space, adjacent to our Outdoor Theatre. This space looks out onto our Pocket Garden, making it a discreet space for a successful event. The Garden Studio is conveniently situated on the ground floor next to our MAC Bar.
