Conservatory Terrace

**Hire the Barbican Theatre if you're looking for a London venue hire to host your next conference, presentation or screening.**

With acoustics geared to the requirements of international production companies, the Barbican Theatre is the ideal venue for your next conference or private event. Whilst seating 1156 people, it is an unusually intimate space with no seat located more than 20 metres from the stage and excellent sight lines for all delegates.

A private registration and catering area adjoining the Theatre will be available for your event and is included in the hire charge of the Theatre.

Barbican Theatre 

**The Frobisher rooms are ideal spaces for both smaller meetings and syndicate work, with 6 individual conference suites each seating up to 50 delegates in theatre style or 16 delegates in boardroom style.**

The suites are separated by removable soundproofed partitioning, allowing complete flexibility in combining these rooms to create larger flat-floored spaces.

When all partitionings are removed, 2 large rooms accommodating up to 170 delegates in theatre style, or 104 in classroom style each are created. 

Contemporary and stylish with calming colour schemes, the suites benefit from air conditioning and natural daylight. They are equipped with a built-in front projection screen, LCD projector and whiteboard and can be blacked out for presentations.

Total Capacity: 151

Frobisher Auditorium 2 is located on the conference floor adjacent to 6 individual conference rooms, a dedicated boardroom and our stunning catering areas. The cinema comes complete with full technical support, stage and coloured LED lighting, sound and presentation facilities. The raked seating makes for excellent sightlines and are complete with retractable writing tablets. For groups of 80 or more, Frobisher Auditorium 2 may be a suitable alternative to the conference suites.

A stunning catering area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Barbican Lakeside, St Giles Church and the cityscape of London.

Newly refurbished networking space for up to 650. In 2013 we significantly invested in developing the Barbican's Garden Room, Conservatory and Terrace. As well as renovating and refurbishing the existing infrastructure, we have increased the capacity of the venues. In particular, the addition of a staircase to the Terrace opens up these spaces for new uses, providing one of the world’s most unusual and flexible networking spaces.
