The indie jewel in the Hatch crown, 12Ten is always abuzz with the newest undiscovered beats soundtracking your night. This bar has it all; a fully stocked bar with some interesting beers and IPAs on tap, two floors with plenty of seating and it even has its own balcony, just for you and your guests. 12Ten is our biggest indoor hire space, boasting a capacity of upto 70 guests, meaning you can bring your boss, your gran, your nephew, hell even bring your neighbor Sandra, there's room for everyone. 

12Ten Bar

An exclusive beach club where the booze flows and the beats are pumping. With an indoor bar space and private balcony, this is the perfect party spot for any occasion. This space comfortably hosts 40 guests inside, increasing to 50 across both the bar and adjoining balcony.

Miami Tropic Bar

A private balcony with views across the Hatch complex. Perfect for enjoying our weekly live music and DJs from a VIP vantage point. This terrace is covered to protect you from that dreaded Manchester Rain! The only thing you'll be soaking in, is the ultimate good vibes!

Hatch Stage Terrace & Studio

Hatch and Beavertown come together to create a cool, quirky hangout nestled away at the back of the site. You don't have to be a craft beer enthusiast to enjoy this bar, we've got a fully stocked offering of everything from wine, to ciders, to spirits and mixers. If you're in the mood to socialise with your friends, or throw a proper party, this palce has got you covered. Oh, and there's a projector for all those embarrassing baby photos!!!!
