Sam's Chop House

Sam's Chop House is one of Manchester's oldest and most historic venues. Established in 1869 by Samuel Studd, Sam's has been an independent family establishment for over 150 years. Sam's features rich mahogany wooden bar and panelling. Antique burgundy and black and white tiles and Yorkshire stone flags from Manchester's original town hall. Warm and rich, Sam's decor matches the food, which is cooked using fresh local ingredients. The Chop House motto is Best of British and that's what we showcase. The venue has been a haunt for businesspeople for as long as it's been around and has been used for everything from conferences and networking events to weddings, retirements, sporting events and more. With a maximum seated capacity of 140 across two seating areas and flexible options to create the perfect space for your next event.
