Our VIP Hospitality Boxes can seat up to 20 delegates. However, should you wish to hire all of our VIP Hospitality Boxes for your conference, meeting, or event, they can be combined to allow up to 80 delegates. 

In addition to this, our boxes also feature wall-mounted TVs, so that you and your guests can easily connect any devices required. WiFi is also included in your room hire.

The Rivelin 1 suite is the most modest of our three rooms, designed to offer intimate and cosy events that accommodate up to 80 guests. The light and airy space features sweeping views of the Owlerton race track, guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on all guests.

The Rivelin 1 suite boasts fully equipped facilities that are available for your event, and a fully stocked bar that can whip up delicious cocktails or a selection of draughts to suit every palette, exclusive for your personal use. Upon request, a dancefloor is fitted for when you’re looking to dance the night away, or perhaps a more stripped-back approach for professional networking events with our tech capabilities for corporate requirements.

Rivelin Suite 1

OEC Sheffield

The Rivelin Suite is our largest event space, accommodating 500 guests and providing endless potential for a range of spectacular events. There are three bars across the entire floor, with a large dancefloor and stage setup for your benefit. Situated on the first floor, the grand Rivelin Suite offers versatility for all occasions and can be broken down into three condensed-sized suites for smaller occasions.

The Rivelin 3 suite is a bright and open venue space, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests, making it the ideal setting for a variety of events. Whether you’re hosting a corporate function or a private gathering, the Rivelin 3 is a versatile space that offers standout luxe features to elevate any occasion.

A private bar is on-site, fully equipped with a wide selection of draughts or expertly crafted cocktails that are served up in no time.  

For small or large-scale business and conferencing needs, OEC Sheffield provides professional equipment on your behalf, including AV support, projection screens, and microphone setups, ensuring your event is a smooth success.

Rivelin Suite 3

The Rivelin 2 suite is a bright and generously sized room, providing ample space for up to 300 guests. This suite is perfect for full conferencing setups or live entertainment with sound systems, a central stage, and a large dance floor to leave your guests dancing long into the evening.

The Rivelin 2 suite provides fully equipped facilities, depending on the needs of your event. For refined corporate services, we cater to all tech requirements; whether you need screens for projector use or microphone setups, we have you covered for your convenience. Additionally, our fully stocked bar and talented staff can masterfully create cocktails or a selection of draughts exclusively for your use.
