This room is ideal for more intimate meetings and can be set up theatre and boardroom style to suit. Its flexibility means it can be split into two smaller rooms to suit your needs, and it can be tailored for a private dinner with family and friends too.

Kingsmead

Great for smaller meetings and presentations, our Camden room is a chic space that can be set up a variety of different ways. With the flexibility to be set up theatre style, boardroom style and U-shape, it’s the perfect place to host your next meeting. As well as being used for intimate meetings, this room is available in boardroom style for social gatherings or presentations.



The Lansdown Suite is the largest event & conference space at Apex City of Bath.  It's on the ground floor and can be used as one large space which holds up to 400 guests or can be divided into 2 separate rooms.  

It is 363.95 sqm and is perfect for conferences, exhibitions, large training sessions and presentations. The room comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology to make sure your event runs smoothly and has its own private entrance and access road for deliveries. 

Included within your hire package is 

PA System, Handheld Mic x 2, Lapel mic x 2, Staging, drop down screens and projectors.
