The site includes expansive parkland, woodland, lakes and purpose-built activity areas, offering complete flexibility for creative builds and high-capacity events. The Main Event Field (Area 3 in our outdoor map) is our primary festival-grade site, offering a huge uninterrupted grassed space with easy vehicle access, optional 3-phase power, water supply, toilet blocks, and the ability to erect large temporary structures including clearspan marquees, stretch tents, tipis and giant inflatable domes. Organisers can scale up further using adjoining lakeside areas, woodland trails, quad tracks, off-road circuits and additional fields across the estate. With on-site parking, catering options, indoor back-up spaces and a full technical and creative team available, the venue is ideal for ambitious productions needing both capacity and infrastructure.
