CAPACITY & FOOD OPTIONS Ricco London is perfect for both seated and standing celebrations, with space for up to 120 guests standing or 45 guests seated for a dinner and dance experience. For private dinners, guests can enjoy a bespoke two-course or three-course set menu, tailored to the occasion. For standing parties, we offer delicious sharing platters, including Neapolitan Margherita and Diavola pizzas, French fries, BBQ chicken wings and our signature Nutella bites. You are also welcome to bring your own birthday cake. Our team will create a special birthday moment for the guest of honors and serve the cake to all guests. MUSIC, LIGTHTING & SCREENS The venue features a powerful sound system, club-style lighting with colored effects, and four large screens placed around the space. Guests can bring their own DJ, use one of our recommended DJs, or play a personalize Spotify playlist throughout the event. Our screens can display birthday messages, branding, or photo slideshows from a USB , perfect for showcasing memories with friends and family. DRINKS OPTIONS Our drinks packages can be tailored to your celebration, including bespoke drinks packages, open bar options, or a token system. The token system is a popular choice, allowing you to offer guests one, two or three drinks each while keeping full control of your budget. For 18th birthday events with under-18 guests, we use a wristband and token system to clearly manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks safely and professionally.
