Team 9inety6ix ❤️ Terms & Conditions To help us provide the best experience for everyone at 9inety6ix, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions before booking or visiting. 🍹 ID & Alcohol Valid photo ID may be required when purchasing or ordering alcoholic drinks. We operate an 18+ venue for alcohol service. Please drink responsibly. Management and staff reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol where appropriate. 🎉 Bookings & Deposits All bookings for packages, parties, events and group bookings must be secured with a 25% deposit. Once your booking has been agreed, the 25% deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure your booking. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, 9inety6ix reserves the right to cancel or release the booking. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival at the venue. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and provide at least 72 hours' notice. 🍔 Food & Drink No outside food or drinks are permitted inside 9inety6ix. Any food or drink brought into the venue may be removed by staff. Guests who repeatedly breach this rule may be asked to leave the venue. 👨‍👩‍👧 Under 18s Under 18s are welcome at 9inety6ix when accompanied by a responsible adult. All guests must follow our venue rules and staff instructions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave where necessary to maintain the safety and enjoyment of our customers and staff. 📅 Important Booking Information A booking is not considered fully confirmed until the required 25% deposit has been received. Please ensure all booking details are correct when making your reservation. Final payment is due on arrival at the venue. Changes to bookings, including guest numbers, packages or timings, may be subject to availability. ⚠️ Venue Rights 9inety6ix reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the venue where necessary, including for breaches of our terms and conditions, inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow staff instructions, or behaviour that may affect the safety or enjoyment of other customers.
