Milano Bar & Ristorante – Exclusive Hire Milano Bar & Ristorante is available for exclusive private hire, offering a stylish and flexible venue in the heart of Birmingham city centre. The space can accommodate up to approximately 90 guests for seated dining and more than 200 guests for a standing reception, depending on the event layout and requirements. Exclusive hire provides private use of the full restaurant and bar, allowing the venue to be tailored around your occasion. The venue is suitable for milestone birthdays, engagement parties, wedding receptions, corporate events, networking evenings, Christmas parties, product launches, drinks receptions and other large celebrations. A range of dining arrangements can be discussed, including seated meals, informal standing events and mixed-format occasions. Set menus, drinks packages, arrival drinks and pre-orders can be arranged in advance, alongside dietary requirements and service timings. Unlike bookings for the semi-private Milano Lounge, exclusive venue hire may also allow access to the DJ booth and entertainment facilities, subject to prior agreement. DJs, decorations, external suppliers and additional entertainment must be approved by the Milano team before the event. Located within The Arcadian and opposite Birmingham Hippodrome, Milano is easily accessible from Birmingham New Street and Moor Street stations, making it convenient for both local guests and visitors travelling into the city. All exclusive-hire events are enquiry-only. Availability, minimum spend, access times, menus and event requirements must be agreed in advance, with a deposit required to secure the booking.
