Lumiere Underwood is a versatile event venue designed for immersive brand experiences, product launches, media events, and experiential activations. Our flagship Lumiere Underwood venue is home to six unique event spaces under one roof. The award-winning Underwood Lofts, comprising the New White Loft, the Chalet, and the New Victorian Loft, are three adjacent spaces located on the third floor. The Palm Room is situated on the second floor, while Underwood Studios and Galeria are located on the lower ground floor. All these event spaces can be booked together or separately, allowing us to create a beautiful, unique, and bespoke event for up to 210 people, tailored to your needs. With flexible layouts and distinctive spaces, Lumiere Underwood provides a blank canvas for brands to transform the venue into immersive installations and product showcases, creative pop-ups, influencer events, and memorable brand activations. The White Loft: A luminous architect's blank canvas. Six-metre ceilings, exposed white steel beams, and arched windows on either side fill the space with natural daylight, creating a sense of scale and openness. Stained timber floors, clean sightlines, and a flexible open-plan layout provide the perfect backdrop for branding and staging. Available furnished or as a blank canvas. Full blackout curtains offer complete control of light, mood, and atmosphere, making the space equally suited to daytime and evening events. An open-plan kitchen and curated furnishings complement the space, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of event formats. The New Victorian Loft: Rich in character, scale and warmth. Six-metre vaulted ceilings, exposed mustard steel trusses, rich dark parquet flooring, and full-length golden drapes create a setting suitable for an intimate gathering or a reception of up to 200 guests. Large windows on either side flood the space with natural daylight, while full blackout curtains provide complete control over light, mood and atmosphere for presentations, productions and evening events. Available furnished or as a blank canvas, to suit your brief. With direct lift access ensures smooth guest flow and event delivery. The Chalet: Positioned at the heart of the Top Floor, between the New White Loft and The New Victorian Loft. The Chalet provides an intimate boutique setting that balances the energy of the surrounding event spaces. Honey-toned timber-clad walls, curated black-and-white photography, and eclectic furnishings create a warm, inviting space, ideal for smaller gatherings, a registration suite, breakout sessions or a VIP hospitality space. A kitchenette is adjoined to an office for up to 10 people. Available for long-term hire, which functions as a production hub or event operations base, housing the AV and PA controls for the entire Loft floor. The Palm Room: Bright, energising, and versatile. Occupying its own private floor, the space is filled with natural daylight from windows on either side, with an open-plan kitchenette, to create a bright, welcoming environment. Sage-green columns, layered planting and warm-toned furnishings create a fresh, uplifting setting that feels both relaxed and professional. Available furnished or as a blank canvas, the space can be adapted to suit your brief, with optional blackout capability providing complete control over light, mood and atmosphere throughout the day. Direct lift access connects The Palm Room with the New White Loft and The Studio, allowing guest experiences, breakout sessions and event operations to run seamlessly across the west side of the building. La Galeria: Industrial, adaptable and built for creative freedom. Exposed structural columns, architectural lighting and an industrial aesthetic create a versatile blank canvas designed to transform around your event, production or brand experience. Complete with a kitchenette, four WC facilities and its own street-level entrance, La Galeria operates independently or alongside adjoining event spaces and is available for long-term hire. Directly connected to The Studio and a private courtyard that draws in natural daylight. The space supports seamless guest flow and flexible event formats. Additional facilities include three shower rooms, a DDA-compliant shower and accessible WC. The Studio: Built for production. Ready for anything. Adjoining La Galeria, provides a dedicated production space for photo and film shoots, broadcasts, podcasts and live events. Large windows draw in natural daylight, while exposed ceilings and architectural lighting create a practical and inspiring space for creative teams. Purpose-built facilities include professional make-up stations, beauty lighting, dressing areas, a Colorama, lighting rigs and acoustic panelling. Additional amenities include four shower rooms, a DDA-compliant shower and accessible WC.
