An atmospheric and highly flexible event space within a Grade II-listed former cotton-shipping warehouse dating from the 1860s. Carefully modernised while retaining its original brick arches and period features, the space combines historic industrial character with a polished contemporary finish. The main room provides approximately 300 m² of largely open floor space, with a standing capacity of up to 350 guests. Furniture and layouts can be adapted for corporate events, seminars, presentations, product launches, team-building activities, Christmas parties, private celebrations, filming, live entertainment and brand activations. The space includes a fully equipped cocktail bar, DJ booth, house sound system, adaptable lighting, Wi-Fi and optional AV equipment. It is available for dry hire or as a fully serviced venue, with bar staff, drinks and food packages, DJs, security, production support and external catering arranged as required.
