Candid SkyLab is located on the 4th floor of Candid Arts warehouse. It’s a spacious loft style space and is available for hire for a range of events including workshops, launches, meetings, film screenings, photo/film/music shoots, private events and conferences.

Some chairs and small tables can be made available.
Small projector screen.
Electric sockets.
Wooden floor.

ACCESSIBILITY: 
Access will be through a staircase at street level.
No lift.
Not accessible for wheelchair users.


Natural Light

Candid Basement is available for hire for many functions including private parties, film screenings, band/play rehearsals, small gigs, workshops and photo/film/music shoots. The outside walls consist of brick and there are 5 pillars going down the left side of the space with a concrete floor.

Some chairs and small tables can be made available.
Projector screen.
Toilets.
Electric sockets.
Halogen spot lights.
PA available for hire.

CAPACITY: 
80-100 depending on event type.

ACCESSIBILITY: 
Access will be through a staircase at street level.
Not accessible for wheelchair users.


Candid Basement

Candid Arts Trust

The ground floor gallery is a spacious loft style space of around 2500 sqft and is available for hire for a range of events including exhibitions, rehearsals, photo/film/music shoots, parties, weddings, workshops, away days, launches, and meetings. The outside walls consist of brick, wood or plasterboard and there are 5 pillars going down the middle of the space with a combination of a wooden and concrete floor.

OTHER INFO:
Some chairs and small tables can be made available.
Small window near entrance of the gallery.
Some storage space.
Music/Bands/DJ allowed in this space. Must finish by 12 midnight.
Toilets in the first floor gallery. Toilet available in courtyard.
Electric sockets.
Halogen spot lights.
Separate partitions available for hire. Labour costs will apply.


Ground Floor Gallery

Situated on the 2nd floor of the Candid arts space.

OTHER INFO:
Only background music allowed due to noise restrictions.
Music will need to be turned off by 11pm.
All guests would have to leave by 12midnight.

The first floor gallery is a bright and airy loft style space of around 2500 sqft and is available for hire for a range of events including exhibitions, rehearsals, photo/film/music shoots, workshops, away days, launches, and meetings. The outside walls consist of brick, wood or plasterboard and there are 5 pillars going down the middle of the space with a wooden floor.

First Floor Gallery

The courtyard can only be hired as an addition to another space you would like to hire (Ground Floor Gallery, Banquet Room, Candid Cafe).

RATES: £200/day from 12-6pm or 6-10pm.
CAPACITY: 50 in a combo of sitting and standing.

Only background music allowed due to noise restrictions.
Music will need to be turned off by 10pm.
People using the courtyard studios must have access to them at all times.
The fire escape cannot be used to access the cafe.
