**Welcome to Room 14 at The Birmingham and Midland Institute for one of the best options for venue hire Birmingham has to offer!** 

One of our medium-sized meeting rooms, Room 14 benefits from a large TV screen that can be used for presentations. The room is adjoined to Room 16 which can also be booked and used as a break-out space. Flexible seating arrangements mean that it can seat up to 24 theatre-style, or up to 15 people boardroom-style. Unfortunately, Room 14 is not wheelchair accessible. For a similar sized room with wheelchair accessibility, see Rooms 21 and 22. A hearing loop is available for this room (price on request).

The Birmingham and Midland Institute

**Welcome to The John Peek Room at The Birmingham and Midland Institute for one of the best options for meeting room hire Birmingham has to offer!** 

The John Peek Room is large enough to accommodate board meetings, presentations and workshops. Like the Dickens Room, the John Peek Room also offers flexible seating arrangements, holding up to 60 people (theatre-style). The room is also fully accessible for wheelchair users via a lift to the first floor and portable wheelchair ramp (there are 3 steps leading up to/down from the lift and disabled toilet). A hearing loop is available for this room (price on request).

The John Peek Room

**Welcome to the Dickens Room at The Birmingham and Midland Institute - one of the best options for meeting rooms to hire in Birmingham!** 

The largest of our rooms for hire, it is named after Charles Dickens – the Institute’s President in 1869. The Dickens Room is perfect for meetings, lectures and small-scale performances; flexible seating arrangements mean that it can seat up to 150 people theatre-style. Fully accessible for wheelchair users via a lift to the first floor and portable wheelchair ramp (there are 3 steps leading up to/down from the lift and disabled toilet). A Hearing loop is available for this room (price on request).
